Yes — we deliver stoves across the entire UK. We normally use a pallet company for stove orders and a courier for smaller orders such as spare parts. For deliveries within 30 miles of our warehouse, we may use our own delivery van.

Your stove will arrive on a pallet, securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You will need to be available to accept delivery and should have a suitable space to store the pallet until installation. Please check the package immediately upon delivery for any signs of damage.

Yes — we are happy to arrange for collection in person from our warehouse. Our team will load the stove into your own vehicle for you.

Registration must be completed within three months of purchase to qualify for the extended warranty.

For the first fire, we recommend following the “curing” process — lighting small, controlled fires to allow the stove's paint and components to settle gradually. We recommend having your chimney swept at least twice a year when burning wood, or at least once a year when burning smokeless fuels. Regular sweeping prevents soot build-up, reduces the risk of chimney fires, and maintains efficient performance. Keep records and receipts of chimney sweeping — you may need these for warranty claims.
