At Parkland Stoves, we are committed to producing high-quality stoves that combine reliable performance, timeless design, and lasting warmth for your home.
Every Parkland stove is supplied with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty provides peace of mind and covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal use, subject to the terms and conditions below.
By registering your stove online within 3 months of purchase, you can extend your warranty by an additional 3 years, giving you a total of 5 years of manufacturer’s warranty protection.
Our warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. The maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the stove and does not include any additional costs incurred by the owner or third parties.
Warranty Conditions
To ensure your warranty remains valid, the following conditions must be met:

The stove must be installed by a suitably qualified person in accordance with the latest building regulations and relevant installation requirements.

The chimney or flue system connected to the stove must be suitable and compliant with current regulations.

All installation instructions provided in the stove manual must be followed.

The stove must be operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Only approved fuels specified in the manual may be used.

Any chimney serving the stove must be fitted with a suitable rain cap where required.

The stove must be maintained and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
What Is Covered?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects relating to the stove body and components, provided the appliance has been installed and operated correctly.
If a valid warranty claim is accepted, Parkland Stoves will repair or replace the affected component where appropriate.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unsuitable fuel, or normal wear and tear, including:

Damage caused by burning fuels not recommended in the operating manual.

Breakage, staining, or discolouration of the ceramic glass.

Cracked or damaged firebricks / vermiculite boards.

Damage to internal baffles.

Wear, damage, or detachment of door seals.

Loose handles, nuts, or bolts caused by normal use, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

Paint peeling, fading, or discolouration caused by over-firing or excessive heat.

Rust or corrosion on metal components unless reported before installation.

Damage caused by external factors, including unsuitable chimneys, moisture, weather conditions, faulty fuel, or other external circumstances.

Damage caused by unsupported or incorrectly installed flue pipe systems.
-
Appliances that have not been serviced or maintained as recommended.
